Seller and Buyer Terms and Conditions
In consideration for the payment by you of the fees set out in the order form which you complete, we agree to include the details of a business or franchise opportunity which you are offering for sale on our site for the period of time agreed with you in your order form.
All fees are payable in advance using Paypal. VAT is payable in addition.
The information which you supply in relation to the business must be true, accurate and comply in all respects with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to refuse to include any details, or to amend or delete them, where in our sole discretion we believe that they do not comply with these terms or provide contact information that should not be publicised.
The listing of the business for sale or franchise opportunity shall be displayed on our site in such position as we choose or, in the case of a premium service, that we agree with you.
The details of the business or franchise opportunity that you upload cannot be changed by you other than by making a request to us by email to : firstname.lastname@example.org
The details of the seller of a business of franchise owner will not be disclosed to any potential buyer, other than an Advisor. Any interested buyer must complete a contact form in the form on our site. This will be passed to the seller to respond to as it thinks fit.
Advisors who have signed up to the Advisor section of our site will be given access to seller’s contact details and sellers specifically confirm that they agree to Advisors receiving such details and contacting them.
How you may use material on our site
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Where the service we provide you includes an automatic posting of business for sale advertisements to social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, the terms and conditions of those sites will apply to any postings that are made and we are not responsible for the use made of those advertisements once they have been posted to such social media sites.
User-generated content is not approved by us
This website may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the site, including to bulletin boards and chat rooms. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values.
