We are happy to share the acquisition opportunity for a well established, profitable IT Solutions Provider (also covering Print and Telecoms) to Schools and Businesses Across the North East of England.

The owners have reached the age of retirement and are seeking to exit the business to enable them to fully exit the company and are seeking a buyer of 100% of the company.

At present, the owners spend the majority of their time living outside of the UK and work remotely part time. They would be prepared to work on a consultancy basis for a period of handover.
