Overview
• Project Force represents an opportunity to acquire the business and assets of an established multidisciplinary EPC services provider with a c.40-year operating history. Based in North-East England, Force supports complex onshore and offshore projects across the UK energy, utilities, process and infrastructure markets.
Investment Highlights
• Integrated EPC capability: Services span concept and feasibility, FEED, detailed multidisciplinary design, procurement, project management, construction support, commissioning and handover.
• Broad technical expertise: Capabilities include process, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation, structural and civil engineering, together with project controls and asset-integrity support.
• Scalable operating model: An experienced core team of 15 employees is supplemented by specialist contractors, allowing resources to flex with project demand while maintaining a relatively asset-light cost base.
• Established market credibility: Relationships with major UK and international energy and engineering organisations, together with access to an 8-year national infrastructure framework.
• Proven delivery record: More than 503,000 engineering hours completed within the last 10 years, with zero lost-time incidents, demonstrating delivery capability in technically complex and safety-critical environments.
• Multiple growth routes: Opportunities include conversion of existing frameworks, increased share of spend from established customers, expansion into adjacent engineering scopes and continued participation in renewables, energy transition and low-carbon infrastructure.
• Strategic acquisition opportunity: Project Force offers an acquirer a ready-made UK engineering platform, an experienced technical workforce, established market access and the ability to add EPC capacity without building capability organically.
